I’m feeling found. Writing has restored me to myself. Psychologist Edith Eger said “The opposite of depression is expression,” and I’ve come to realize, again and again, that this is true. “We’re only as sick as our secrets“ is a common phrase in recovery. I have incredible respect for people who have integrated their shame to the extent that it’s a source for empathy and service. That’s my objective. I’m getting there, one essay at a time. Unfortunately, I’ve found that my transparency intimidates many who aren’t able to meet themselves with the same courage. Fortunately, I have found exponentially more that are are eager to rise to the challenge.
If you’re among the latter, it’s probably time to go to India. I’m thrilled to announce our annual tour of India’s Spiritual Centers. I’ve spent over two years exploring every inch of the subcontinent since my first visit in 2008. The destinations I’ve chosen offer a tangible experience of Eastern Philosophy & Tradition in practice. The 15 seats on on our luxury motor coach fill up fast. Reserve now to avoid disappointment. It’s my privilege to share this transformative experience with you.
If we don’t know each other yet, read any of the articles below to get a better grasp on who you’ll be spending 15 days with next year.
