The goodplan is the framework I live by based on the natural cycle of the Earth’s movement around the Sun. Science has proven that there is, in fact, a time for everything. Sure, it will take some time, and discipline to adjust. We now that apps have altered our brains, but the light alone effect so much more, like your moods, menstrual cycles, sleep and appetite.
Adopt this framework for a week. You WILL notice a difference in the quality of your life. I’ll elaborate on aspects of the goodplan in future posts to optimize the quality of your life. I’ll explain WHY I’ve organized my schedule in this specific order, why I nap for only an hour, where there’s room for one to wiggle things around and where it’s best to keep things as they are.
